This podcast contains the communication goals for social contact (sections 1.12 and 1.13) and the communication goals for exchanging information (section 2.1 only).  In this latter section, we introduce personal, interrogative and demonstrative pronouns, interrogative adverbs and pronouns, the accusative form, time adverbs, prepositions and adverbial expressions of time.

In this leson we set our communication goals under social contact conditions (sections 1.2-1.11), by introducing the concept of formal and friendly forms of addressing.  We learn to express congratulations, to apologise, to offer our condolences and to offer wishes for a variety of instances such as birthdays, namedays, Christmas, Easter etc.
